Our lead-free glassware is hand crafted with the highest standards of quality and we stand by it. We inspect each glass to make sure it matches our standards, however, if you are dissatisfied with any part of your purchase for any reason, please contact us right away and we will make things right.

Care

To keep your glassware shining bright, hand washing is recommended. Avoid extreme changes in temperature as it may cause our glass to crack. 

For cleaning out a decanter we suggest rinsing it out with warm water first.  Then, using either warm soapy water or diluted white vinegar with water, cap the decanter with your palm and shake vigorously.  Pour out soapy water/ vinegar solution and rinse again until clean.

Shipping & Returns

To ensure your glassware reaches you in pristine condition we take great care in packaging each piece and do not skimp on material. All shipments can be shIpped through ups, or usps.

Requests for returns must be made in writing directly to our email within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reason.

No returns are acceptable without prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer.

Damages & Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise as soon as our stock allows. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after shipment delivery.
